What to expect for your first class?

Please aim to arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled workout. This extra time will allow us to guide you through the microformer, explain the session setup, and address any injuries you may have.

What do I wear?

Grippy socks, leggings/shorts, and shirt/sports bra/tanktop - whether they're tight or loose-fitting, whichever you find most comfortable! Just ensure that your attire is breathable and allows for a full range of motion during your workout.

Important to do’s

Before participating in your scheduled workout, we require all clients to complete a waiver. You can find and sign the waiver.

Please remember to bring a pair of grippy socks for your session. If you don't have any, don't worry—My Lagree offers grippy socks for purchase upon your arrival.

What is the late cancel policy?

We recognize that life can be unpredictable, and unforeseen circumstances may arise.

To accommodate this, we kindly remind you that our cancellation policy requires notice at least 12 hours before your scheduled workout. Should you need to cancel within 12 hours of your appointment, a late cancellation fee of $25 will be applied.

For cancellations made one hour or less before your scheduled session, a charge amounting to 50% of your workout's cost will be incurred.


I’ve never done Lagree or Pilates is that okay?

Absolutely! Lagree offers a fantastic workout suitable for everyone. During your 45-minute session, you'll receive personalized one-on-one attention from Morghan, who will tailor any movements to meet your needs and ensure you receive focused guidance throughout.

Come with an open mind and a positive spirit, and you're guaranteed to walk away feeling stronger than before.

How early should I arrive before each session?

For newcomers, please plan to arrive 10 minutes before your first session. This allows time to familiarize yourself with the equipment, discuss your session's details, address any injuries, and cover any questions you might have.

For returning clients or those who have attended at least once, feel free to arrive 5-10 minutes early if you have topics you'd like to discuss. Each class begins with a 5-minute stretching session led by me, so there's no need to arrive early specifically for pre-class stretching.

What is the fee for late cancellation?

The cancellation policy requires notice at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled workout.
Should you cancel within an hour of your session, a fee equivalent to 50% of your workout's cost will be applied.

What is the fee for a no show?

The cancellation policy states that cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before your scheduled workout. Failure to attend without notice will result in a charge equal to 100% of the cost of your booked session.

What are the Sanitary guidelines I’m following?

Following each session, the Microformer and any other utilized equipment, will undergo a comprehensive cleaning with antibacterial wipes designed to eliminate germs and ensure a hygienic environment for every client.

If I have injuries can you accommodate those?

Certainly! One of the advantages of working with a personal trainer is receiving one-on-one attention tailored to your needs, including adjustments for any injuries you may have. Lagree offers the flexibility of numerous modifications for each exercise to ensure your comfort and safety. Should you have any concerns about accommodating injuries before scheduling, please don't hesitate to reach out via email. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to detail any injuries during the booking process, allowing us to prepare for your session accordingly.

Is the environment private?

Absolutely, your session will be completely private from start to finish.

If I have a Lagree machine at my house, can you come to me instead?

Certainly! Before confirming your booking, I'll need to verify that you have a certified Lagree machine, such as a Megaformer, Miniformer, or Microformer. 

Please note, Lagree sessions are not conducted on reformer machines.
