I was born and raised in Illinois and have been in austin for the last 3 years. after moving to austin i was searching for my new workout home. i tried lagree and instantly fell in love with how challenging it was and how it made me feel afterwards. 


I was a gymnast for 15 years and it definitely left its mark on me, both in discipline and, unfortunately, in physical strain. As I transitioned away from gymnastics, the quest for a workout regimen that didn't leave me in discomfort the following day became increasingly frustrating. From weightlifting to running and cycle classes, you name it I had tried it, yet none seemed to fit. Then I was diagnosed with a thyroid and autoimmune disease, making the search for a suitable workout even more frustrating.

I was starting to believe that no form of exercise could accommodate my body. That was until I took my first Lagree class! The method was transformative; it was the first time I didn't feel punished by pain after a workout. Instead, I felt a resurgence of strength and empowerment, two things I was scared I’d never feel again.


This personal revolution sparked a desire to share the benefits of Lagree with others, especially those who, like me, believed their options were limited. My vision culminated in the creation of MyLagree. After receiving my certification, I set out on a mission to offer personalized, individual attention to each person who walked through my doors, embodying the principle that everyone deserves a workout that feels designed just for them. Thus, MyLagree was not just a business venture; it was a declaration of my commitment to fostering a space where empowerment through exercise is accessible to all, regardless of their journey.
